Zink Design Services, LLC is a Portland based one-man, full service design shop.

We provide support of all designs through to completion. With a ten year

background in professional, licensed contracting, Ryan Zink has the experience

and expertise to provide design services and support for a wide range of projects.

Our capabilities include: new home design, full additions and remodels, kitchen

& bath remodels, decks & patios and commercial tenant improvements.

Ryan Zink is the principal and has experience both in construction and drafting

education. In 1996, Ryan became a licensed contractor and continued on to

handle both design and construction for projects through January of 2006.

During that time, he also attended OSU where he ultimately taught drafting

in the College of Engineering for over two years whileearning his degree.

We know each project is different, and each client has a unique set of needs

and requirements. We take the time to listen and customize every design to

the specifications requested. Consistent communication is also integral to

ensuring the project is on track and meeting the expectations of the client.

With over four years experience using the latest 3D design software,

Zink Design Services can offer you what few designers can, insight into

the thinking of a contractor. While workingas a licensed contractor, Ryan Zink

learned the ins and outs of the construction industry. He has foresight to

see where potential problems may arise and address them before they become

costly issues. Zink Design Services will provide clients with 'permit ready'

plans whenever possible to reduce the time from commission to completion.
